Chaplain McDowell (right) and Major Rahim (center) were already partnering to help the local Iraqi community with the MNC-I Chaplain's Office 'Hearts For Baghdad" program, seen above at a clinic visit. This corps of volunteers brought "instant horsepower" to the new Scouting effort.
